Your Role

You’ll treat a diverse orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload, including non‑surgical and post‑op care, sports rehab, and spine management. Whether you’re exploring a new specialty or already bring advanced skills, we’ll support your development—or help you build and expand the program.

  • Our current specialty expansion areas include Orthopedics (OCS), Spine Specialty (McKenzie and Schroth/Scoliosis), Pain Neurosciences, and Pelvic Health.

We maintain appropriate caseloads to ensure you have the time and autonomy to deliver exceptional care. Our commitment to clinician development can include mentorship, specialty certifications, in-house orthopedic residency, OCS prep collaborative, and individualized career planning.

Requirements for this position include the following:

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program

  • Active or pending state physical therapist license
