Quad is hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Â Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Pay: $19–$25 / hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m.–4 p.m.
Relocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Previous flexographic printing press operating experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
- Monitor color, registration, quality, and press performance
- Make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Inspect finished products to customer specifications
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For
- Previous flexographic press operating experience is required
- Mark Andy P5 experience preferred; experience with other flexographic presses will be considered
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good color perception and attention to print quality
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation
- Ability to follow job specifications and use basic measuring tools
- Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed
