Flexographic Press Operator

Spartanburg, SC | $19–$25/hr | Monday–Thursday

Quad is hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19–$25 / hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m.–4 p.m.
Relocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Previous flexographic printing press operating experience is required.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate flexographic printing presses
Monitor color, registration, quality, and press performance
Make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Inspect finished products to customer specifications
Complete required production and quality documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

Previous flexographic press operating experience is required
Mark Andy P5 experience preferred; experience with other flexographic presses will be considered
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Good color perception and attention to print quality
Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation
Ability to follow job specifications and use basic measuring tools
Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift
Ability to lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed
