Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals interested in launching a career in sales within the life insurance industry.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity offering performance-based compensation and flexible scheduling.

No prior insurance experience is required. Licensing support and structured training are provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage
  • Conduct phone or virtual consultations to assess coverage needs
  • Present appropriate life insurance solutions based on client goals
  • Submit applications accurately and compliantly
  • Participate in training and mentorship sessions
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions
Compensation
  • 100% commission-based compensation
  • Paid directly by insurance carriers

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state life insurance license (licensing assistance provided)
