MCA is looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Manager to help shape the next chapter of our growth. This is a tech-savvy, player-coach role for someone who wants to build, improve, and make an impact—partnering closely with leaders to hire great talent, strengthen our recruiting approach, and bring more consistency, speed, and scale to how we hire.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead Important Hiring Across the BusinessÂ
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for key and senior roles that matter to the businessÂ
- Partner with leaders to define success and build strong candidate profilesÂ
- Proactively source and build pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact rolesÂ
- Create a strong candidate experience and close talent effectivelyÂ
Build Better Processes and StructureÂ
- Put simple, scalable recruiting processes in place that improve speed and consistencyÂ
- Improve intake meetings and help hiring managers make better, faster decisionsÂ
- Use scorecards and structured interviews to raise the quality of hiring decisionsÂ
- Reduce delays and keep searches moving with urgency and focus Â
Lead and Develop the TeamÂ
- Coach and develop recruiters on sourcing, screening, and closing top talentÂ
- Set a high bar for responsiveness, quality, and follow-through across the teamÂ
- Jump in where needed to remove blockers and keep priorities on trackÂ
- Help the team stay focused, organized, and aligned on what matters mostÂ
Use Data, Tools, and AI to Improve Hiring ResultsÂ
- Improve how we use our ATS (clean data, better workflows, useful reporting)Â
- Champion and leverage AI and automation to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
- Track simple, clear metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance)Â
- Use data to spot issues and adjust quicklyÂ
Build Pipelines for What’s NextÂ
- Take a proactive approach to sourcing, not just reacting to open rolesÂ
- Develop pipelines for repeat hiring needs and key rolesÂ
- Improve outreach messages and candidate engagementÂ
Be a Trusted Partner to LeadersÂ
- Work closely with leaders to prioritize roles and set realistic timelinesÂ
- Give clear, practical guidance on talent market conditionsÂ
- Hold hiring managers accountable to agreed process and timingÂ
- Communicate progress, risks, and delays earlyÂ
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 7–10 years of talent acquisition experience, including strong full-cycle recruiting skillsÂ
- Experience recruiting for senior, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles; executive search experience is a plusÂ
- A builder mindset with a track record of improving recruiting processes and bringing structureÂ
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and interest in using AI to improve efficiency and outcomesÂ
- Strong business judgment and confidence working directly with leaders across the companyÂ
- Clear, direct communication and a high level of ownership and follow-throughÂ
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plusÂ
Travel RequirementsÂ
Up to 15% travel, including some overnight tripsÂ
