QA/QC Specialist – Data Center / Structured Cabling

We're hiring an experienced QA/QC Specialist to support one of the nation's fastest-growing data center construction projects in Spartanburg, SC. What You'll Do

• Perform daily QA/QC inspections of fiber and copper cabling installations
  
• Verify installations meet project drawings, customer requirements, and industry standards
  
• Inspect rack elevations, cable routing, labeling, testing, and terminations
  
• Document deficiencies and track corrective actions
  
• Review testing documentation and turnover packages
  
• Work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and installation teams to maintain quality throughout the project
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of QA/QC experience in structured cabling or data center construction
  
• Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper cabling systems
  
• Experience reading construction drawings and rack elevations
  
• Working knowledge of ANSI/TIA standards and BICSI best practices
  
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
  
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  

Preferred

• BICSI Installer 2 or Technician
  
• Hyperscale or colocation data center experience
  
• Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar software
  
• Fiber testing experience (OTDR, Power Meter)
