Overview

Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance RN
Is it important to you that patients receive safe, quality care? Are you a detail-oriented leader committed to creating meaningful patient experiences? We are looking for quality assurance RNs ready to lead and serve.

 

As a quality assurance nurse, you’ll be responsible for directing the regulatory needs to promote and maintain clinical integrity and regulatory compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. The quality assurance nurse is also responsible for developing and managing the organization's quality initiatives and improvement.

Qualifications

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing, BSN preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of health care management and 1-2 years experience in hospice. Quality assurance experience preferred
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing
