Become a Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives with Agape Care Group

Lead Transformation. Expand Markets. Build the Future of Growth.

Growth doesn’t happen by chance — it happens through bold strategy, strong partnerships, and leaders who see opportunities before others do.

We are seeking a Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives to lead the development and execution of enterprise growth strategies that accelerate market expansion, strengthen partnerships, and create long-term organizational value. In this executive role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify emerging opportunities, evaluate new business models, and bring high-impact strategic initiatives to life. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the organization — driving expansion into new markets, cultivating strategic alliances, and supporting corporate development initiatives that position the company for sustained growth.

If you are a strategic thinker who thrives in high-impact environments and enjoys turning opportunity into measurable growth, this role offers a unique chance to influence enterprise strategy and deliver meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

Lead Enterprise Growth Strategy

  • Develop and drive enterprise-level growth strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities, new business models, and strategic investments.

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute corporate growth priorities.

  • Build scalable frameworks that support sustainable expansion.

Drive Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential partners.

  • Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements that create long-term value.

  • Collaborate with internal leaders to translate partnerships into operational success.

Advance Market Expansion

  • Assess new geographic markets, industries, and service lines for expansion opportunities.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new initiatives and business lines.

  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

  • Design targeted strategies for markets requiring additional growth support.

Support Corporate Development Initiatives

  • Assist in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities.

  • Partner with leadership to assess the strategic and financial viability of growth initiatives.

  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired teams, including territory alignment and operational integration.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience in strategic growth, corporate strategy, business development, consulting, or corporate development.

  • Demonstrated success leading high-impact growth initiatives or enterprise expansion efforts.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive measurable results.

  • Experience evaluating new markets, investments, or business opportunities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Enterprise-level strategic thinking and long-term planning

  • Strong financial acumen and business case development

  • Exceptional negotiation and partnership-building capabilities

  • Market analysis and competitive intelligence expertise

  • Executive communication and stakeholder influence

  • Data-driven decision making with a focus on measurable outcomes

How Success Will Be Measured

In this role, success will be defined by your ability to drive meaningful growth and strategic impact across the organization, including:

  • Revenue growth generated from new strategic initiatives

  • Successful expansion into new markets or verticals

  • High-value strategic partnerships executed

  • Strong return on investment from growth programs

  • Measurable contributions to long-term enterprise value

Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the center of the organization’s future growth strategy. You will partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities, launch initiatives, and create scalable growth pathways that position the company for long-term success.

If you are a forward-thinking growth leader who thrives on building new opportunities and shaping strategy at the enterprise level, we invite you to bring your expertise and vision to this role.
