About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the seamless flow of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments according to company procedures.
• Prepare and package materials for shipping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Adhere to safety and operational standards at all times.

Your profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic computer skills (experience with warehouse software is a plus).
  • Certification to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a bonus.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English (B1 or higher).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy items, and stand for extended periods.
