Job DetailsJob Location: Manufacturing Facility - Moore, SC 29369Position: Operations Manager Background & Experience: We are seeking a well-rounded Operations leader with experience in mid- to large-sized manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have progressed through roles such as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Operations Manager. Additional experience in at least one of the following areas is highly valued: Quality Warehouse/Logistics Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement QualificationsKey Requirements: 5–7 years of cross-functional leadership experience in a manufacturing setting Demonstrated success managing teams of 80+ employees Experience leading multi-shift operations, preferably in facilities with 120+ employees Industry Focus:  Candidates should have experience in heavy industrial or metal-based manufacturing, such as: Bearings Gears Transmissions Compact construction equipment Automotive Note: Backgrounds primarily in plastics, ceramics, or non-metal manufacturing are not preferred.
