Electrical Engineer Internship

Electrical engineer that would like to learn about power distribution, control system, and how to manage a large construction project.

Responsibilities 

Installation of equipment power and controls. Commission and startup electrical and control systems related to their project.  Work with Contec’s spare parts team.  Manage assigned projects. 

Project Description 

1. Oversee 208V/120V power distribution installation for IT department at Flatwood.
2. Oversee installation of Building Management Control System.
3. Work with Contec’s spare parts team and setup spare parts system for new Sterilization department.
4. Meet with Contec’s senior project engineer and learn how to manage a large multimillion-dollar project.

Key Deliverables 

Installation of 208/120V critical power for IT room.  Installation of Building management control system.  Setup cabinets and spare parts inventory within Contec’s IFS system.

Current Electrical Engineer Student 

Desired Skills and Qualifications

MS Office, Well Organized, Electrical and Controls basic theory.

Electrical background with a willingness to learn
