Hair Stylist

We're hiring a licensed stylist for our Hillcrest Supercuts. You'll work behind a busy chair with steady walk-in traffic — no booth rent, and no building a client book from scratch.

What you'll earn

• $15/hour guaranteed base. When your commission exceeds your hourly, you earn the commission instead — no cap.
• Tips on every service
• Retail commission on Paul Mitchell and Reuzel products
• Most of our stylists earn $20–$30 per hour

The schedule

Up to 30 hours per week, with more available as the salon grows. Weekends are our busiest days, so weekend availability — including most Sundays — is part of the role. It's also when you'll earn the most.

We promote from within. If you want more than a chair, we'll teach you the business side — scheduling, inventory, retail, guest retention — and you'll be first in line when a management position opens.

What we're looking for

• Active South Carolina cosmetology or barber license (required)
• Consistent, quality haircuts and a friendly chairside manner
• Comfortable recommending retail products, or willing to learn — we'll show you how
• Someone who pitches in for teammates

New graduates are welcome. If you're licensed, we'll train you.
