About the Role:

Join Oasis Home Care LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a difference in the lives of those we serve in Spartanburg, SC. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients in a warm and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
Document and report changes in client conditions to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred.
Experience in personal care or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
