QualificationsStarbucks Shift lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Contribute toward profitability store through seeking opportunities to enhance sales. Manage effectually inventory, cost of goods control as well as labor costs. Maintain daily, weekly as well as period financial reports.
