White Glove Janitorial is hiring a Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead cleaning teams and support operations across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and helping teams succeed. You'll spend time coaching and developing staff, conducting quality inspections, assisting with staffing and scheduling needs, and working alongside your team when needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support janitorial staff 
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain service standards
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and operational support
• Communicate regularly with employees, customers, and management
• Travel between job sites using a company-provided vehicle
• Help resolve staffing and operational challenges as they arise
• Work alongside team members and assist with cleaning when needed

Schedule

This position requires flexibility and includes daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Supervisors work a varied schedule designed to support employees, training initiatives, quality inspections, and customer needs across multiple locations. While evening and weekend availability is important, schedules are communicated in advance whenever possible. Schedule adjustments may be necessary to address staffing needs, employee training, or operational priorities.
