Full Time Supervisor

White Glove Janitorial is seeking a dependable, hands-on Janitorial Supervisor.  This position requires a highly flexible individual who can adapt to changing operational needs and work a combination of days, nights, and weekends on a regular basis.

This is a working supervisor role that combines team leadership, quality control, training, and hands-on cleaning support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff across various shifts
• Ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained to company standards
• Conduct inspections and address quality concerns promptly
• Assist with employee training, scheduling, and shift coverage
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Respond to staffing or operational needs as they arise
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties when necessary

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available for nights and weekends
• Schedule will vary weekly based on business and staffing needs
• Flexibility is essential
• Frequent evening and weekend work should be expected
