Why You’ll Like This Job Never work weekends Monday–Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM schedule, with some Fridays as needed Full-time hours Easy-to-learn production tasks Listen to your own music, podcasts, or audiobooks with headphones while working Steady, hands-on work that helps the team keep production moving What You’ll Do Fold, hang, sort, count, bundle, and bag linen and garments Feed items onto production equipment and help keep workflow moving Check items for quality so customers receive clean, ready-to-use products Organize items by color, size, and style Use a productivity tracking system and help with other production tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Reliable team players who show up ready to work Good attention to detail Ability to stand for a 10+ hour shift Ability to work at a steady pace to meet production goals A positive attitude and willingness to do your best each day Work Environment This position is located inside a production facility with industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, and other machinery. The work includes standing, bending, walking, and reaching throughout the shift. The facility is not climate controlled, so temperatures can vary, and there may be moisture from equipment.
