Automotive Refinishing Solutions (ARS) is a division of Arnold Motor Supply. For nearly 100 years, we've been a leading automotive parts distributor, wholesaler, and retailer with 80 locations across five states. ARS specializes in automotive crash-repair parts, and paint-body-equipment related specialties. 

• Our Distribution and Order team plays a vital role in our operation. Without timely and accurate service from us, our stores can’t get needed automotive parts and supplies to local repair shops, body shops, commercial and agriculture operations.

Core Job Duties

• Fulfill daily customer orders by accurately pulling parts from inventory
• Answer incoming calls regarding orders and related questions, then process orders and perform related follow up
• Process incoming inventory and correctly place into existing stock
• Actively contribute to maintaining highly efficient operations
• Focus on safety!

Requirements

• Knowledge of the paint/body/equipment industry, or auto parts in general, is great, but we're happy to teach you if you are willing to learn!
• A commitment to being a strong team member (team is important - as in family!)
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on details
• High school diploma or equivalent

Other Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency; ability to utilize telephone
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking, squatting, and kneeling are needed on an ongoing basis
