Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Must be a U.S. resident and 18+ years old
Life Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain — we help with licensing)
Comfortable with phone, video, and digital communication tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-disciplined, coachable, and goal-driven
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Willing to invest in THEMSELVES to pursue goals
