This role involves using inventory systems, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining safety compliance, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, operating machinery, and inventory control. The Warehouse Associate II plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.  Responsibilities Pick, pack, and process orders accurately using warehouse management systems. Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and store materials appropriately. Complete and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Communicate with warehouse leads and supervisors regarding inventory and order status. Follow safety regulations and report any hazards or discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with warehouse coordination tasks such as space allocation and stock replenishment. Train new associates on warehouse procedures as needed. Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned by management. Inspect goods for any damage or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor/manager. QualificationsOne (1) to two (2) years’ experience working in a warehouse setting · Reach Truck certification and experience · Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds · Walk, bend, and climb Ladder · Stand for long periods of time · Wear appropriate safety equipment · High level of motivation and efficiency · Strong work ethic · Excellent communication skills · Ability to work as a team member · Ability to recognize special instructions for Customer orders · Ability to adapt and work well in a continuously changing environment · Detail oriented with strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality workmanship
