Automotive Fleet Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities Assist the Fleet Department with processing fleet deal paperwork. Communicate with fleet customers to coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a great customer experience. Coordinate drivers to ensure prompt vehicle deliveries. Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail. Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads. Automotive Fleet Sales Assistant Job Requirements The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience. Steady work history and commitment to starting a new career. Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
