About the Role:

Do you enjoy setting up CNC machines, holding tight tolerances, and seeing your work come together in a high-quality finished part?

We’re looking for a CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship. In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and operate CNC equipment, monitor machine performance, and ensure every part meets exact specifications while contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-focused environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Sets up and operates numerical control machine to cut, shape, or form metal work pieces to specifications; 
  • Interpret blueprints, prints, and setup sheets to determine machining processes, tooling, and dimensions
  • Perform part inspections and ensure quality using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues, making adjustments to maintain efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications:

  • Basic CNC machining knowledge or experience (setup, operation, or machining processes preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills, including basic shop math and problem-solving.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with relevant training or experience in manufacturing environments.
