About the Role:

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, staying organized, and contributing to a high-quality finished product?

We're looking for a Paint Line Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and supporting efficient production operations. In this hands-on role, you'll identify and prepare components for painting, load and unload products throughout the paint process, inspect finished parts for quality, and ensure materials move efficiently through the paint line. You'll play a key role in maintaining product quality, safety, and workflow across the operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Correctly identify products and components by customer, part number, and color requirements to ensure accurate processing.
  • Load and unload components and finished products from pallets, carts, conveyors, and paint line equipment. 
  • Prepare components for painting by properly hanging parts and applying plugs, grease, masking, and other required materials. 
  • Inspect painted products for quality issues such as broken plugs, missing components, paint coverage concerns, or other defects.

Competencies:

  • Consistently follows safety procedures and demonstrates safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail by accurately identifying, preparing, and inspecting products throughout the paint process. 
  • Effectively manages time and priorities to maintain production flow and meet scheduling requirements. 
  • Works well in a team environment and communicates clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
