Right at Home Spokane is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregiver professionals to join our growing team. As a trusted leader in in-home care, we are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career as a Caregiver while making a real difference in people’s lives.
Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support as a dedicated Caregiver
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily routines
- Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance when needed
- Deliver care in clients’ homes across Spokane County with flexible shifts
Caregiver Requirements:
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required — we train qualified Caregiver candidates
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and complete competency requirements
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to excellence as a Caregiver
