What You'll Do

As a Lead Water Restoration Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters by:

  • Responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies
  • Performing mitigation and emergency services to prevent further damage
  • Operating specialized equipment and technology
  • Leading and training mitigation technicians
  • Working closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals
  • Demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional results and restoring peace of mind

Previous restoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
