Maintenance Supervisor

We are now accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor.

Scope and Purpose: To be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the maintenance of the portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company and resident's welfare.
• Keep the grounds, garbage container areas, hallways, garages and/or parking lots, in a neat and orderly manner, not allowing any trash or debris to accumulate.
• Assist management/leasing staff with curb appeal which may include detailing model units, putting out balloons, banners, a-boards, etc.
• Complete work orders.
• Regular maintenance of the building exteriors and interiors.
• Parking areas are to be maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Keep an inventory on all parts and tools belonging to the community. Maintain a neat and organized workshop area free of clutter and debris.
• Turn vacant units within 7 days of the prior resident's move-out, scheduling all vendors and maintenance technician to assure timeliness of turn process.
• Change the lock(s) on all vacant unit doors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
