What You’ll Do
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you’ll work alongside board-certified dermatologists and advanced practice providers, helping deliver outstanding care in both clinic and surgical settings.
In this role, you will:
- Assistproviders with medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
- Room patients, obtain medical histories, record vital signs, and document visits using EMA (ModMed).
- Prepare patients for exams, biopsies, surgeries, and cosmetic procedures while providing education and compassionate support.
- Perform clinical skills including injections, suture removal, dressing changes, specimen collection, medication preparation, and sterile surgical assisting.
- Maintain efficient patient flow while ensuringaccuratedocumentation, infection control, HIPAA compliance, and patient safety.
This position requires travel between our Spokane and Coeur d’Alene clinic locations.

Qualifications
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
- National certification through AAMA, NHA, NCCT, or AMT (preferred)
- One or more years of experience in a medical office (dermatology experience is a plus)
