Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. Competitive Pay
$20-$24 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and qualifications.

Personal Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized in-home support and companionship.
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals and support nutritional needs
- Provide medication reminders and companionship
- Help clients maintain independence and safety in their homes
- Work primarily in clients' homes with varying schedules and shift lengths
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required
- Willingness to complete paid Caregiver training provided by Right at Home
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, energetic, and compassionate personality
- Passion for helping seniors and individuals needing in-home care
