Right at Home Spokane, a family‑owned and award‑winning in‑home care agency, is currently hiring compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers for full‑time and part‑time positions. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care and support that allows our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are proud to support our Caregivers with strong benefits, paid training, and a positive team culture.
Competitive Pay
$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and certification

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Deliver compassionate one‑on‑one care as a trusted Caregiver in clients’ homes
- Work a variety of shifts based on client needs and your availability
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we will pay for your Caregiver training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and caring individuals with a passion for serving others as a Caregiver
