Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support as a trusted Caregiver
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes
- Adapt to different client needs and schedules as a professional Caregiver
Caregiver Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required — we provide paid training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical caregiving tasks
- Pass a written competency exam, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Dependable, honest, and compassionate individual with a passion for caregiving
- Strong communication skills and commitment to providing excellent Caregiver service
