Working alongside engineers, product managers, sales teams, and technical experts, you'll develop marketing programs that influence purchasing decisions across industrial markets worldwide.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of practical, performance-driven marketing programs with a strong focus on digital marketing.  Keep Pyrotek’s website current and commercially relevant, support digital advertising, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), answer/AI engine optimization (AEO), and marketing analytics.

What You'll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll execute high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen our global brand and generate qualified leads. Your work will span multiple digital channels while leveraging analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that support business growth.
• Manage and optimize website content to improve customer experience and online visibility.
• Create compelling technical content including blogs, case studies, application stories, email campaigns, and digital assets.
• Drive SEO, SEM, and emerging AI/Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives.
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
• Build dashboards and analyze marketing performance to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and engineering teams to translate complex industrial technologies into customer-focused messaging.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, AI search developments, and competitive activity to continuously improve our marketing strategy.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Three or more years of digital marketing, content marketing, or related experience
• Experience managing websites, SEO, digital advertising, email marketing, and marketing analytics
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising, CMS platforms, and marketing performance reporting
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for industrial customers
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, engineering, or other technical B2B industries is highly valued.

Additional Information

The minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $36.06 - $43.27 ($75k - $90k) + benefits.   

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
