Touchmark on South Hill is Spokane’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Driver!

Tuesday - Saturday schedule, hours varying depending on events schedule! 

Opportunities to attend community outings with residents, such as day trips to the Silver Valley, evening events at the Symphony, and more!

As a Driver, you will enrich lives each day by transporting active, dynamic residents to appointments, shopping trips, lunches, and other outings in our van or bus.  Your courteous and good-natured personality will add an extra aspect of enjoyment to resident excursions, giving you the daily opportunity to be a positive presence in the lives of residents!

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Be personable with strong hospitality skills
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience driving large vehicles, e.g. box trucks and passenger vans. Not required, but preferred 
• Enjoy working with seniors, being part of a Life Enrichment team, and promoting a full, energetic lifestyle
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• 20-30 hrs in winter, 30+ hrs remainder of year
