Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Washington
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, you will provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout Washington. Your responsibilities will include conducting sessions, completing assessments, creating treatment plans, tracking client progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will work with clients experiencing relationship concerns, emotional challenges, family issues, and life transitions while providing care that is tailored to their specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete client evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical needs
  • Help clients work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, and emotional stressors
  • Track client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow confidentiality requirements and professional standards of care
  • Communicate with the clinical team when collaboration or support is needed
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Active Washington LMFT license
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
