We believe that people learn best by doing so although we offer a full range of classroom learning and structured training paths, we prioritize hands-on experience and self-directed development.   About the Role:   As a Jr Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities include maintaining and repairing the facility as scheduled and collaborating with the Maintenance Technician to uphold the structural integrity and overall upkeep of the building. Additionally, you'll handle cleaning duties for both the interior and exterior areas of the property, along with landscaping tasks (if needed). Solid maintenance knowledge and skills preferred, with experience in property management being helpful.   In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business while advancing your career. Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems. Perform sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming of all floors as required. Ensure cleanliness of management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as necessary. Regularly empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of waste in designated areas. Conduct daily garbage collection around the property. Assist the maintenance team with tasks such as painting and fulfilling work orders as needed. Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.   Are you curious about the experience CCI is after?
