About Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy

Therapeutic Associates has been PT-owned since our founding and that shapes how we operate

Autonomy backed by real support - Our clinic directors aren't executing a playbook handed down from a management company; they have real latitude to build their teams, serve their communities, and lead with their own judgment, supported by peers and experienced leaders across our network.

Realistic productivity standards - Patient care expectations, and clinical decisions are set by PTs, not administrators - clinicians who understand what quality care actually requires

Strong investment in your growth - More details below.

Technology that supports excellence - AI-supported documentation, etc.

A deeper stake in the organization - Clinic directors who demonstrate strong leadership have the opportunity to be considered for shareholder status over time, directly influencing how the company grows.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic
  • Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship - continuing an environment where learning is part of the work and strong clinicians stay and grow

  • Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives

Why This Role, Why Now

You will be joining a PT-owned organization where clinic directors are genuinely valued as leaders, not just production units. If you want to build something, have real influence over how your clinic operates, and be supported by a network of like-minded clinicians while doing it, we'd like to talk.
