Sales Representative
Compensation: Commission – World Class Compensation Plan with uncapped commissions and up to $5,000 flats on select models. Top performers earn $70,000–$200,000+ annually. Monthly incentives and performance spiffs available.
Schedule: We may discuss evenings and weekends during the interview.
Relocation Assistance: Available for experienced, established sales candidates. We will discuss the amount and terms during the offer process and outline them in a formal relocation agreement.
You will work onsite in Spokane WA and you will report to the Sales Manager.

What You'll Do
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure follow up and maintain working relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store-specific management systems.
- Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required. Luxury brand experience is ideal.
- Can navigate new technology with ease.
- Eager to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The annual earning potential for this role is $70k to $200K which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
