Surface Experts is a growing franchise system based in Spokane, WA. We currently have 85+ franchises around the country and we support them from our main headquarters office in downtown Spokane.聽 Our growing team of Support Center representatives work together to support our franchisees nationwide. We are working every day to build a great culture of supporting one another and helping our franchise owners succeed. 聽

In this role, you would be answering phones, emails, and Teams messages from our franchisees and their customers, creating work orders, and helping to schedule them. This can be a fast-paced environment, while also staying low stress because our team is working together to stay consistent and support each other.

Role and Responsibilities:

路聽 聽 聽 聽Answering inbound calls, emails, and Teams messages from customers and franchise owners
路聽 聽 聽 聽Scheduling jobs for technicians
路聽 聽 聽 聽Assisting franchise owners with administrative tasks
路聽 聽 聽 聽Using online software to manage details
路聽 聽 聽 聽Working closely with the Support Center Team
路聽 聽 聽 聽Answering questions from customers about repairs
路聽 聽 聽 聽Supporting salespeople in the field nationwide
路聽 聽 聽 聽Taking part in regular meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications:

路聽 聽 聽 聽High School Diploma, or GED equivalent
路聽 聽 聽 聽Experience working in a fast-paced environment
路聽 聽 聽 聽Call Center Experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:聽

路聽 聽 聽 聽Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to communicate orally. Hearing and vision within normal ranges with or without an assisted hearing device.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force may be required.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽The position is full-time in-person/on-site.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽The job is primarily performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer and phone are normal.
