Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator
We are a growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fireplace company looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and help keep our field teams running efficiently.
This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining an organized warehouse, managing inventory and parts, coordinating fleet readiness, and ensuring technicians have the materials they need to serve our customers.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse
  • Track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Receive, stock, and distribute parts and materials
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Assist with company fleet organization, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle readiness
  • Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with office staff and field technicians to ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and inventory processes
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Qualifications:
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable using computers and inventory management software
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home service industry is a plus
