We are looking for a dependable, motivated Machine Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a hands-on manufacturing team. If you like working with precision equipment, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work firsthand, this could be a great fit.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a consistent four-day workweek and a strong benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely and efficiently operate a Vertical Honing Machine
  • Read and follow engineering prints and work instructions
  • Set up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbers
  • Change tooling and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
  • Operate equipment productively while meeting cycle time and quality expectations
  • Load raw material and unload finished parts
  • Perform manual deburring as needed
  • Conduct in-process inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
  • Complete routine machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work with integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Support other production activities as needed

Work Environment
