In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of pre-job safety briefs, uncover new business opportunities, and serve as the critical link between on-site teams and client leadership. Responsibilities

Every day is a dynamic blend of technical challenges and client collaboration, where you’ll dive into reviewing design changes, mastering project schedules, and leading high-stakes meetings to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll take the reins in driving safety, conducting walk-downs, and spotting exciting new business opportunities, all while making a tangible impact on project success and fueling the company’s growth.

 

  • Design & Engineering: Prepare and/or review design change packages and other engineering deliverables, coordinate attendance at design review meetings, and manage site deliverable reviews and approvals
  • Project Management: Track project schedules and resource loading, lead weekly client interface/project status meetings, and provide on-site support as needed
  • Safety & Compliance: Perform pre-job safety briefs and assist with walk-downs and data gathering
  • Business Development: Develop and identify new business opportunities #LI-SH7 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)
  • Minimum 3 years of design experience in nuclear power or heavy industrial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project Management experience is beneficial
  • Design Engineering or field experience is beneficial
  • Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
