As demand grows, we’re expanding our production team and hiring six Hydraulic Assemblers for off-shift opportunities on 2nd or 3rd shift.

• 2nd Shift: 10% shift differential
• 3rd Shift: 15% shift differential

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the team that assembles, tests, and repairs the components that power our products. Every unit you build contributes directly to our quality promise. In this role, you will:

• Read and follow work instructions and prints
• Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools, fixtures, and hoists
• Clean and prepare parts using manual and automated equipment
• Test completed assemblies to ensure proper performance
• Serialize components and maintain accurate workflow
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring

• Ability to read and understand prints, or the willingness to learn
• At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work a consistent off-shift schedule

Schedule

This position is being recruited for 2nd or 3rd shift as Hydromotion expands its off-shift production team. Final shift assignments and schedules will be discussed during the hiring process.

The Physical Side

This is a hands-on, active role. You’ll stand, bend, twist, use hand tools, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Precision work requires good visual acuity and comfort using measurement tools.
