JOB PURPOSE

We are now seeking an Assistant Store Manager to provide great leadership for Macau retail store. To Establish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Management

    • Lead and motivate the team to drive the business
    • Provide training and setting performance standard to ensure the store team deliver excellent customer service to every client
    • Identify, recruit and develop talents

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Manage client database and drive appointment bookings
    • Build a loyal Clientele and foster a Client-centric mindset by developing long term Client relationships

    Business Development

    • Develop and formulate sales plans and strategy in order to drive team performance and store productivity
    • Build a strong connection and relationships with relevant stakeholders

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • At least 5 years previous supervisory or management experience in luxury retail
  • Ability to manage a team with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Business driven and strong in clientele
