Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing for Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN.

In this role, you will help lead a team committed to exceptional long term care. In partnership with the Administrator, you’ll provide strategic leadership and administrative direction for nursing practice, helping shape a culture of safety, compassion, and high-quality resident care.

What you will do:

• Work Monday-Friday, regualar business hours, with flexibility to work evenings, and/or nights based on business need

• Rotating on-call approximately 1-2 times/every 2 weeks

What you need:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program

• Minnesota RN License

• 3 years of geriatric nursing experience, with a minimum of two years of the three in a skilled nursing facility desired
