Senior Project Manager – Restaurant Construction

We’re a fast-growing general contracting team specializing in restaurant remodels, and national rollouts. We partner with top brands to bring their spaces to life—and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead projects, people, and client relationships at a high level.

What You’ll Do

Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Oversee large-scale or high-profile restaurant builds and rollouts
Own project performance including schedule, budget, and overall success
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including multi-location and national brands
Lead coordination between subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Mentor and support junior PMs, project engineers, and field teams
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across projects
Drive problem-solving, risk management, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with brand standards, health codes, and construction best practices
Travel to job sites for key meetings, oversight, and progress tracking

What You Bring

7+ years of construction project management experience
Strong experience with restaurant or retail construction projects
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
Comfortable working with clients at a high level

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with construction/project management software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
