Position: Group Leader/Supervisor Technical Cleaning
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Job Type: On-site**
Reports to: Facility Manager
Department: North American Operations

Position Purpose: Provide leadership, support and knowledge to team leaders and team members to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Transfer technical operational knowledge through coaching and mentoring.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
**
路 Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
路 Works safely at all times.
路 Ensure the safe operation of team members through regular communications, as well as modeling a "Safety, is Your Life" mentality.
路 Effectively manages the planning and completion of the Leadec scope of work (SOW).
路 Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager and customer.
路 Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine.
路 Focuses on resource utilization, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement.
路 Evaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance.
路 Timely completion of all required Leadec and customer reports.
路 Actively attends all required meetings.
路 Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
路 All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.**

Position Qualifications:
**
路 High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
路 Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
路 Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred.
路 Must possess a strong customer service mentality.
路 Computer skills in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
Physical Requirements:*The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:*
路 Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
路 Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
路 Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
