If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy solving complex mechanical issues, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.  $3,000 Sign-On Bonus  Closed on Sundays           QualificationsResponsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powertrain, electrical, and overall vehicle performance issues Complete routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.) Repair and replace faulty components to meet manufacturer and industry standards Utilize diagnostic tools and hand tools efficiently and safely Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations and maintenance needs Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year experience as a service technician (required) Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Experience troubleshooting automotive electrical systems Knowledge of powertrain systems and related repairs Familiarity with Ford vehicles preferred (not required) ADAS experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to safely and effectively use automotive tools and equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required) What We Offer Competitive pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per flat rate hour $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Closed Sundays for work-life balance Paid training and ongoing professional development Career advancement opportunities based on performance and goals Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match Company-paid basic life insurance (1x salary) Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation Employee discounts Health Savings Account Employee Assistance Program If you're looking for a rewarding career in the automotive industry with a team that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, Ford Spring Hill is the place for you.
