Millennium Physician Group, part of Mosaic Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our primary care team in Spring Hill, Florida.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license
• BLS/ACLS certifications
• Primary care experience preferred
• Passion for patient-centered, value-based care
