What Makes This Role Special

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator with strong customer service skills. This entry-level role focuses on outbound dealer communication, supporting weekly sales growth, and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and CRM platforms.  If you love variety, enjoy working with great people, and get energized by a fast-paced atmosphere, this could be your perfect fit.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Serve as the primary inside contact for buyers and sellers, making outbound dealer calls to promote weekly sales, follow up on leads, and support sales reporting in CRM
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and themed events, manage social media, email, and text campaigns, and ensure all promotions align with company branding
• Partner with management on promotional strategies to drive attendance and sales volume
• Juggle multiple tasks like a pro (don't worry, we'll teach you our tricks!)
• Be the friendly face our dealers love to work with

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in marketing, business, or communications preferred
• Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing, customer service, or automotive-related roles, preferred
• The Basics: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass our background check and drug screening

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (weekends are yours!)
• Location: Our Spring Hill, TN location (37174) - you'll need to be able to get here
