40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents by keeping the community running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Performing basic maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Fixing minor plumbing issues and leaks
Replacing light bulbs and fixtures
Assisting with landscaping and grounds upkeep
Supporting general facility projects as assigned
Ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents and staff

What We're Looking For

Ability to follow directions and work independently
Positive, professional, "can-do" attitude
Willingness to work in a senior living environment
Respectful and courteous toward elderly residents
Reliable and eager to learn (experience helpful but not required)
