Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is looking to hire a part-time or full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. Join an enthusiastic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities:

Schedule, and confirm appointments
Greet patients and assist with insurance issues
Collect payments from patients
Complete necessary authorizations, referrals, and prescriptions
Assist in refiling all charts and lab results
Close out old patient files according to policies and procedures

Requirements:

Experience working as a medical receptionist preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Pleasant phone manner
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills
Availability to work Sundays and some evenings, preferred
